Nigerian Afrobeats superstar Davido has added another impressive streaming milestone to his name as his latest album, ‘Oriadé,’ crosses 100 million streams on Spotify.
The singer’s sixth studio album achieved the feat roughly one month after it was released in August 2026, showing just how quickly the project has connected with listeners since it arrived.
Data tracked by music chart platforms ALBUM TALKS and DaVidocharts confirms that Oriadé has now joined the growing list of Davido projects that have passed the 100 million-stream mark on Spotify.
With this latest achievement, Oriadé becomes the fifth Davido body of work to reach 100 million streams on the platform.
The album had already given fans an idea of what was coming from its first day. Oriadé recorded 5.75 million streams on Spotify Nigeria within 24 hours, making it the fifth-highest first-day debut in the platform’s history in Nigeria.
The momentum continued throughout its opening week, with the album pulling 22.7 million streams in Nigeria alone.
Beyond streaming platforms, Oriadé also made its presence felt internationally. The album debuted at No. 8 on the Billboard World Albums Chart, adding another achievement to its early run.
For Davido, this is another reminder of the huge audience he has built over the years. While new music keeps coming from different corners of Afrobeats, the singer continues to show that his catalogue and fanbase still have serious streaming power.
One month after release, Oriadé has already crossed 100 million Spotify streams. And judging by the pace, this may only be the beginning for the project.
